I joined B&B not too long ago, but honestly it feels a little daunting having all these shaving sub-forums and having little-to-no clue about any of it. I've been reading the B&B wiki page to get a little more comfortable with the lingo and shaving with other types of razors, but one thing still gets me--the lack of pressure when using something other than a cart razor.
I've been using cartridge razors ever since I had facial hair to shave. So when I read, "Don't use pressure," it simply bewilders me. I was hoping some of your more experienced folk could shine some light on this, and maybe give me a few pointers. I'm thinking of trying out a DE soon, and I'd like to know what I'm getting into.
