I really do not know why I had not thought about this earlier. However, today when I received a small order from Sterling, it occurred to me that I should start a spread sheet and start tracking all my shaving supplies. This would be a good historical record as well as allowing me to stay organized on what I have. In addition, I will add comments on the quality of shipping, promptness of order receipt, customer service, etc. I can probably go back and recreate most of my purchases, especially those made online and most have been.
Not that it is that important, but I will be able to see how much I am spending for my various products. I will track the prices paid, and compare that to the quality and my enjoyment of the products. This should be useful when considering future purchases - what to buy again and what to avoid in the future.
Does anyone else do something similar? If so, any specific things you track in addition to the items, where they were purchased, and the cost that you think might be helpful for me to add?
