I started shaving with a Shavette about 6 months ago, trying to decide if a straight razor was for me, and I definitely loved it. I am so often plagued with razor burn on my neck that the relief was well worth the few cuts I got. Now I have made the switch to a true straight razor and finally have my strop and everything to go with. Now I get to improve my stropping technique until the point where I need to learn to hone. I'm sure i'll be around lots asking questions and I look forward to meeting everyone here!
